You'll be led throughout this course by world class DEI speaker, consultant and educator, Ren Navarro.

Ren will provide you with:

• A 30 minute LIVE meet and greet session where you'll have the chance to connect with Ren and the rest of your cohort peers. You'll be able to book this session based on Ren's schedule through a link provided in the follow up email. If something comes up and you can't attend live, the session will be recorded and shared afterward. 
• 4 x on-demand video training sessions, which will guide you through how to weave DEI principles into your social media strategy, into your digital and real life spaces, and into your hiring practices so you can create a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization that attracts and retains kickass talent. Each video is accompanied by action items to support you in applying these ideas to transform your business. (videos will be released weekly). 
• A LIVE 60 minute group coaching session where you'll have the opportunity to share your progress, ask questions & get coaching from Ren that is specific to your business. You'll be able to book this session after you purchase as well. This session will also be recorded and shared in case you can't make it live.

**There are only 20 spots available for each live session, they are first come, first served, and will be released 3 months at a time. If you're hoping to join live sessions later in the year, feel free to purchase the course anytime, and we'll ensure you are notified when sessions open up later in the year.
